Linda-Rabea Heyden is a PhD candidate at the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena, Germany. She studied comparative literature and English at the Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany, and at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. In her dissertation she analyzes and compares comic adaptations of Goethe’s Faust with a special interest in the relation drama-theatre-comic. She has presented papers at several conferences both in Germany and the UK.
