MA Netta Nakari is a researcher of comparative literature at the School of Language, Translation and Literary Studies at The University of Tampere and a doctoral candidate at the Finnish Doctoral Programme for Literary Studies. Her publications include, for example, an article on traumatic experience in Art Spiegelman’s comic novel In the Shadow of No Towers and an article on autofictional confession in Annie Ernaux’s Passion simple. She is working on her PhD thesis which discusses Ernaux’s and Marguerite Duras’s autobiographical self-reflection.
