Eric Berlatsky is Associate Professor and Department Chair of the Department of English at Florida Atlantic University. He is the author of The Real, The True, and the Told: Postmodern Historical Narrative and the Ethics of Representation (Ohio State UP, 2011) and the editor of Alan Moore: Conversations (UP of Mississippi, 2012). He has published journal articles and book chapters on a variety of topics, including the fiction of Hanif Kureishi, Paul Auster, Julian Barnes, Graham Swift, Virginia Woolf, and Charles Dickens and the comics of Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, Posy Simmonds, Art Spiegelman, Alan Moore, and Dave Gibbons.
