Ian Hague is a PhD student working on comics and the senses at the University of Chichester under the supervision of Dr Hugo Frey. He did his BA in English at the University of Hull (2004-2007) and his MA in Cultural Studies at the University of Leeds (2007-2008). He is the director of Comics Forum, an academic event that takes place in November as part of the annual Thought Bubble sequential art festival in Leeds (UK). His research interests include comic theory, the senses and technology.
